TAYP-R & Tape Dispenser QUOTATION & PRICING

We are pleased to quote the TAYP-R automatic cohesive taping and dispensing machine. The TAYP-R is custom configured to your application. It is manufactured for use with either 12.7 mm (1/2"), 19 mm (3/4"), or 25.4 mm (1") cohesive tape widths. The TAYP-R produces a "fin" type seal over one side of a tubing coil or bundle. It can also be used to dispense measured strips of tape, one at a time.

Method of operation:

  1. A roll of cohesive tape is loaded into the TAYP-R. The machine can accommodate as much as a 2000 ft (609 m) on a 3" (76 mm) core.

The method of operation is as follows:

1] A roll of cohesive tape is loaded into the TAYP-R.

2] The proper length of the tape is set by turning a small adjustment on the side of the machine. The jaw size and tape length is adjustable.

3] The products are inserted into the jaws of the TAYP-R which captures the cohesive

tape and seals it around the tubing. At the same time the tape is automatically cut when the product initiates a photo sensor.

4] When the coil is pulled out of the jaws, the TAYP-R resets, feeds and is ready for the next coil.

  3. All controls are integrally attached to the machine. It requires 120/240 VAC.

The TAYP-R requires S-Y-M cohesive tape or approved by S-Y-M Products Company, LLC. We offer standard commercial warranties. We are not responsible for other than normal use of the equipment.

Delivery: 4 weeks after receipt of purchase order/deposit.

Terms: $500 Deposit, Net 30 days for US customers, Prepaid before delivery for overseas customers.

Method of operation:

The method of operation is as follows:

1] A roll of cohesive tape is loaded into the TAYP-R.

2] The proper length of the tape is set by turning a small adjustment on the side of the machine

3]  The operator pushes the cut button and the tape is cut and the next length is fed automatically ready to be cut.

4]  If batch cutting is required, a selector switch can be set to 5, 10, or 25 cuts which upon pushing the cut button once will feed and cut the total batch.
