                                                                         RELIGIOUS SCHOOL

We are very proud of our religious school.  The Fellowship offers classes for children from elementary til Bar/Bat Mitzvah.  Our classes are small and the children learn about our heritage and customs.  We have the best teachers in the world who give traditional lessons as well as music, art and Hebrew!  Classes are held at the Meeting House on Monday afternoons.

SCHEDULE FOR 2007-2008 SCHOOL YEAR, Classes will be held on the following dates:  

Classes will meet on Mondays from 4:15 pm to 6:15 pm. 

3:45 until 4:15   Chanting for bar/bat mitzvah candidates

September - 10 (also 1st meeting of 2008 Bar/Bat Mitzvah parents at 6:15 pm), 17, 24

Our congregation puts strong emphasis on social service.  The children are asked to bring a tzedakah contribution whenever possible.  Later in the year at Purim time they will discuss possible organizations to which they will contribute their money. 

Our Bar and Bat Mitvah candidates are expected to attend  services in the coming year.  A list of Shabbat Services is on the bottom of the Fellowship home page.  Click here to see.
